Service Activities
Through its Business Line Services, the Participation Fund disseminates its know-how in the financial world by proposing services to third parties.
It is a question, on the one hand, of services of legal orientation entrusted to the Participation Fund on the government’s initiative.
On the other, certain public or semi-public institutions call upon the expertise that the Fund has developed with the passing of years. They enter into service contracts with the Participation Fund.

- Housing and logistical support at the BeCeFi, the Belgian Knowledge Centre for SME Financing
- Housing of the Credit Mediator
- Management of the loss of earning compensatory allowance for self-employed victims of harmful effects as a result of works in the public domain
- Administrative management of Belgacap, a system of additional public credit insurance supplement granted by credit insurers and government guaranteed
- Management of the medical Impulsion Fund for general medicine: Impulseo I and II
- Management of the liquidation of the Social and Sustainable Economy Fund
- Operational management of the Brussels Guarantee Fund’s back office
- Management of the debenture issued by the Reduction of Overall Energy Cost Fund
- Management of certain products of the PMV-kmo division of Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen
- Management of the Federal Holding and Investment Company’s IT network
- Operational management of the not-for-profit Belgian Bankers Academy Association
