It is intended for the unemployed on full benefit, for jobseekers registered for at least three months with the regional employment office, and for beneficiaries of waiting allowances or integration income.

- 1 to 3 years of capital repayment grace, according to the nature of the project

The Participation Fund offers you free professional support: specialist organisations from your region will help you to prepare the credit application. For 18 months after the granting of the credit, they will support you during your company’s launch phase.
If You Have To Cease Trading
For the unemployed on benefit, the right to the dole is preserved up to nine years after the beginning of your activities.
If you have to cease trading within five years of the start for serious reasons beyond your control (such as bankruptcy), the Participation Fund can decide to release you from your debt, insofar as the involuntary nature of your cessation is manifest.

The Young Self-Employed Plan offers additional possibilities to young people under the age of thirty who become self-employed for the first time:
- Effective support for starting ones company;
- Expenses of €375 per month for the period of preparation (from 3 to 6 months), cumulable with a waiting or establishment allowance;
